Your Guide

Born and raised on the island.

Hi my name is Tyler! I’m a Hawaii local, born and raised here in central Oahu.

One of my favorite things about Hawaii is the food. Growing up here, I’ve been lucky enough to experience the incredible mix of cultures, traditions, and flavors that make Hawaii’s food scene so unique. From local favorites and Japanese influences to the small neighborhood spots that you might otherwise drive right past, there’s so much more to Hawaii’s food than what you’ll find in a typical tourist guide.

I started this food tour because I want to share that side of Hawaii with you. My goal is great food, good company, and a genuine taste of Hawaii. I want you to discover the places I love, try foods you may have never heard of, and leave with a better understanding of what makes Hawaii such a special place.

My fiancé and I love food! My true smile comes out whenever I'm eating something delicious. When we travel we love doing food tours. There is nothing like trying new foods and getting in on the local scoops on what's that best eats.

Whether you’re visiting Hawaii for the first time or you’ve been here before, I hope you’ll come hungry and experience the islands one bite at a time. Thanks for joining me!
